Our mission is to foster a connected and inclusive community where individuals from all backgrounds and perspectives can come together to access vital resources, build trust, and engage in meaningful dialogue.
We are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where all pathways and viewpoints thrive and contribute to a collective vision of growth, understanding, and community engagement. We aim to create lasting positive change and opportunities for everyone.
Vision
To expand Community Pathways throughout Randolph County so that more individuals and families, including those in rural areas, can access food, basic necessities, meaningful connection, and supportive community resources with dignity.
Meeting people where they are
Community Pathways is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome barriers in their everyday lives. We provide community meals, hygiene and household essentials, laundry assistance, clothing, transportation resources, and connections to local services.
We work to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where everyone is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Through community partnerships, volunteers, and neighbors helping neighbors, we provide hope, connection, and a pathway toward stability.

How we do it
- Wednesday Community Meal
A free hot meal every week. No sign-up, no questions, everyone welcome.
- Hygiene Closet
Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, feminine-care products, paper goods, and household cleaning supplies.
- Laundry Day
Free laundry services for individuals and families.
- Hope in Action
Meal delivery, resource connection, and help finding specific household items.
- Reentry Support
A backpack of basic necessities for individuals leaving incarceration.
- Bless-Dress-Success
A free haircut, hygiene items, toiletries, and cleaning supplies for anyone in need.
- Outreach & Delivery
Volunteers and community partners bring meals and supplies to people who cannot get to us.
